Speaking with Charlie Delong, a long time resident of Perry, this morning I was able to confirm the the Lutheran church was just west of the Lutheran cemetery. He also mentioned that the church had not been torn down but was moved and is still standing at the corner of Fourth Street and St. Johns Road.

There was a schoolhouse right across the street where the Rutledge Family now lives. The concrete pad (foundation) is still there. Two bits of info confirmed is just a few minutes.
